A quick checklist so your studio time stays relaxed, prepared, and on schedule.
Finding Portrait Pros
We are on the bottom level of Northlake Mall at 6801 Northlake Mall Dr., Suite 152, Charlotte, NC 28216—between Macy's and Belk. The easiest entrance is the mall entrance between those two stores; turn left once you enter.

Complete your disclosure thoughtfully.
Your disclosure link is normally sent before the session so our team can prepare your requested backdrops, props, and other details. Please complete every required answer before your scheduled start time. Missing information can delay the session; a delay of 10 minutes caused by an incomplete form may forfeit the appointment deposit.
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Your appointment begins at the time shown in your confirmation—not when you arrive. Arriving early gives you time to locate the studio and be ready when your session starts.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is available until 48 hours before your appointment.
- At 10 minutes late, the deposit is no longer credited toward the session.
- At 15 minutes late, we may be unable to honor the appointment and the deposit is forfeited.

Prepare young children before arrival.
For newborns and young children, please plan feeding, changing, and comfort breaks before the scheduled start whenever possible. Bring a stroller or small cart if it will help keep belongings organized. For everyone's safety, children must remain supervised and may not run or play in the studio.
Protect the portrait experience.
Personal photography and video recording are not permitted inside the studio. This protects client privacy, our sets, and the focused workflow that lets us deliver your portraits efficiently.
