Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Portrait Pros websites, applications, booking, studio, gallery, ordering, payment, and messaging services. By using a service or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms presented for that service and any applicable booking, disclosure, delivery, refund, or usage policy shown before purchase.
Services, appointments, and purchases
- Availability, timing, deliverables, and prices are shown during booking or checkout and may vary by service.
- Deposits, balances, cancellations, rescheduling, gift cards, and refunds are governed by the terms displayed for the applicable transaction.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact, booking, delivery, and payment information.
- Gallery access credentials and verification codes are personal and should not be shared with unauthorized people.
- Copyright, print rights, model releases, and permitted image uses are governed by the disclosure or license accepted for the applicable session or product.
Text-message terms
When you opt in, Portrait Pros may send messages related to gallery verification, appointments, orders, gallery delivery, customer care, and—only when separately selected— occasional promotional offers. Messages are sent from Portrait Pros. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply.Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and device availability. Participation is available on supported U.S. mobile carriers and requires a compatible mobile device and active service.
How consent works
You may opt in by entering your mobile number and requesting a one-time verification or service message, selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox on a Portrait Pros form, or giving verbal consent that an authorized employee records at checkout. Promotional consent is optional, must be affirmative, and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt in again where supported. Reply HELP for help, call 866-476-4763, or email thestudio@itsportraitpros.com.
Transactional consent for a message you specifically request—such as a gallery verification code—is separate from consent to receive recurring promotional messages. You can update your email and text-marketing preferences through Portrait Pros or by contacting the studio.
Join or rejoin by text
By texting START to 704-741-7522, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Portrait Pros. Existing Portrait Pros customers may use this keyword to subscribe or resubscribe. After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message.
Messages may include gallery verification, appointment, order, gallery-delivery, customer-care, and promotional content. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use a gallery, image, payment, promotion, or gift card contrary to its stated terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Portrait Pros, or our providers.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep our services accurate and available, but online services and communications can be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Portrait Pros is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by network outages, carrier filtering, delayed messages, third-party service interruption, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect service, carrier, or legal changes. The revised date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use; material transaction-specific terms already accepted remain governed by the version presented for that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
