Regular Package Sessions are designed for groups of up to six. Larger groups can choose a Timed Session, and groups of up to eight can also consider the Signature Wall Collection.

Where is the Portrait Pros family photography studio?
Portrait Pros is inside Northlake Mall at 6801 Northlake Mall Drive, Suite 152, Charlotte, NC 28216, on the lower level between Macy’s and Belk.
How many people can be in a family session?
A regular Package Session is available for groups of up to six people. For larger families, choose a Timed Session; the Signature Wall Collection is another option for groups of up to eight.
Can we choose a backdrop?
Yes. You can review current backdrops and props before your appointment. Availability can change, so tell us your preferred look when you arrive.
Do we receive photographs the same day?
For regular in-studio Package Sessions, package prints and selected digital photographs are provided the same day based on the package purchased.
